Does anyone know of a GOOD timeshare resale company, not a bunch of rip-off cowboys?

A) Rip off cowboys ?? THOSE are the people who sell them originally! If you are trying to sell yours, they are very difficult to sell. There is so much inventory with few buyers. Many timeshares are virtually unsaleable. If you are looking to buy one, it's a buyer's market. What makes a timeshare resale company "GOOD" ?? You can buy and sell them on eBay, many don't sell. The industry is built on lies about easy exchanging etc.. Many people love them and find value in them, but many others are unhappy and want to get out of their purchase agreement, but can't. Some properties are desireable. What makes someone a rip off cowboy anyway ?

Does anyoneone know of a good reputable timeshare resale company?

A) I made a successful sale of my Mystic Dunes timeshare (Orlando) Here is the research I did before choosing a company: I used Google.com and typed in MANY key word BUYER terms (buyer terms like "buy timeshare" "buy (resort name) timeshare") to find the company that actual buyers would most likely find first. I wrote down the company url's and did the following research on the companies I found: 1. I checked the BBB report on the company 2. I made them provide traffic and offer reports 3. I searched online for complaints about the company. All this took me a couple hours (the final decision took days!) I also posted on free sites at the same time and recommend you do the same as well.

is there any company handling timeshare rental or resale in india?

A) There are global timeshare companies here in England that cover India, do not look to the local markets

are their real estate companies who handle resale of timeshare.?
