But if you stay at any of the main hotels like Sequoia Lodge, Hotel New York etc then entry to the parks are included in the pricehas anyone stayed in the new york hotel in disneyland paris?A) Yes I have with my family. It was great as it is nearer the park, but our personal favourite is the Newport Bay.
New York has a great indoor/outdoor pool with a jacuzzi & gym attached. I think you may have to pay extra for the gym, but we were never going to use it.
We have stayed in every hotel there other than the actual one on site (always fully booked).
New York would be my second favourite. You will have a great time which ever one you stay in.

I need to know wich hotel is the cheapest in disneyland paris but also id like someone to tell me there complaints about the hotels at disneyland paris.
thanks to everyone who gives me a useful answer
A) If you want to stay close to Disneyland (which is outside of Paris, you take the RER train to get from Paris to Disneyland), then the Kyriad Disneyland Resort would be your best bet. The average room price at the Kyriad is USD$159 per night. Some other options would be the Explorers Hotel Disneyland (~$238/nt), Holiday Inn Disneyland Resort (~$250/nt), Disneyland Hotel (~$451/nt), and Radisson Disneyland (~$266/nt). You can go to Tripadvisor.com and read lots of reviews about people who have stayed in these hotels. On Tripadvisor, the Kyriad has 48 reviews and the average rating is a 4.0/5.0, which is quite good. Each reviewer writes a paragraph or so also describing what they liked or didn't like at the hotels. On the website, the reviewers also rated the Kyriad the #3 hotel in the Disneyland area.
That said, if you really are on a budget, you might want to consider staying in a cheaper place in Paris and taking the RER train to Disneyland. The RER will cost about 7 Euros each way to get to Disneyland and can take ~45 minutes. One cheap hotel chain you might want to consider in Paris is Ibis, which provides nice and clean rooms but very basic.

Have fun!what's the best disneyland paris hotel for price and location?A) The cheapest hotel is Cheyenne, But any of the on-site hotels are reasonable. There is a free Shuttle bus from all hotels to Disney station near the main entrances. These buses run about every 10mins up until 23:30. Hope This helpsIs there, or was there a swimmingpool, sauna or jacuzzi in Santafe hotel in Disneyland paris?A) I see no reference to any of those on the website. The Santa Fe is a no-frills hotel. Is there, or was there, a swimming pool, sauna or jacuzzi in Santa Fe hotel in Disneyland Paris?A) You might want to read the reviews of this hotel on Tripadvisor which, among other things, complain about the place being infested with bedbugs.

How long is the journey?
Do i need a full day for disneyland and another day for disneyland studios or can i do them in one day?
Is there a pass that i can get that includes disneyland? Which one
Thanks
A) From the Wagram Metro station take the train marked "Direction : Gallieni (Parc de Bagnolet)" to the Havre-Caumartin station.
Transfer to RER line A4 Marked "Direction : Marne-la-Vallee Chessy" to the end of the line, which is the Marne la Vallée/Chessy station.
The Park is 100 meteres from the station.
The trip should take a little less than an hour.
I have no idea how much time one "needs" for Disneyland since there is no circumstance in which i would ever go to such a place.Best hotel and tips for a trip to Disneyland Paris?Q) I am planning a trip to Disneyland Paris with my husband and two children (1 and 6). we are going with our 2 daughters (8 and 12) hopefuly this summer but just cant decide what hotel to go to cheyenne or santa fe!!
thanks to everyone who gives useful answers!
A) It might help to check out a couple of reviews of both -- I've found these two so far on IgoUgo:
Santa Fe: http://www.igougo.com/travelcontent/journalEntryLodging.aspx?businessCardID=189496
It's described as "clean," with "check-out a snap" and breakfast "satisfactory," but also "drab" and "a tourist trap." There are also some candid photos, if that helps.
Cheyenne:
http://www.igougo.com/travelcontent/journalEntryLodging.aspx?businessCardID=189493
It gets a slightly more favorable review -- rooms are "a decent size," food is "pretty pleasant," and there's a "great bar."
Hope that helps a little! Have a great time, whichever hotel you end up choosing.
-- HollyCalling all Disney Enthusiasts! Best hotel and tips for a trip to Disneyland Paris?Q) I am planning a trip to Disneyland Paris with my husband and two children (1 and 6). Any tips? Best hotel? Best place to eat? Park info and tips? I am submitting this to the Orlando site in the hopes that some of you have been there. We have been to Disney World many, many times. I want to try something different.
Thank you so much!
A) Hi,
I've been to Disneyworld Orlando once and I've got an annual pass to Disneyland Paris (and kids of 2 and 7). You'll find mostly the same attractions, but here are the main differences between the two... if I remember well...
Space Mountain in Paris has nothing in common with the one in Orlando : it's more like Aerosmith (with greater visuals).
Big Thunder Mountain is much faster than in Orlando, but it's still ok for the kids.
Indiana Jones is ok (not for the kids) but is very short.
Under the castle, there's a dragon. The kids will like it... but may be afraid when it moves.
In a more general way, Disneyland Paris is smaller than Disneyworld, but the rides are technically better (being newer).
The Fastpass system seems to work differently also : in Paris, once you have a Fastpass for an attraction, you can get others for others attractions at once. It seems in Orlando, you have to wait 2 hours... So, I suggest getting Fastpasses right when you arrive.
The Disney Studio Park is relatively small, so usually it is less crowded in the afternoon when everybody has visited it.
The shows are great and there's an attraction that is not in Orlando : Armageddon (but I don't think it's a really good one)
I've no tips for the hotels, but for eating we like the Cowboy Cookout Barbecue : it's quite huge and not in the main area of the park. You also have live country music. You may also like the Blue Lagoon where you eat 'in' the Pirates attraction.
The kids will like the Pizza Planet where there is also a playground, but it's very noisy.
Have a nice stay !
And I'll prepare the same kind of question, as we're going in Orlando next month... ;-)disneyland paris?Q) planning to visit paris frm 11th of april with two kids aged 1.5 and 4 ,how many days are enuff with emphasis being on disneyland ?also which area shud we book the hotel in near disneyland or sum cheap one in paris the difference being around 50%???also which attractions are must see in paris?
any gud cheap hotels near disneyland or in paris wud b a gret help
regards
A) I would recommend skipping Euro-Disney. Honestly. Disney World in Orlando is much, much better and larger than one in Paris. You'll be in Paris and there are so many more amazing and interesting sites to see and things to do than Disney.
If you are looking for fun activities for kids, definately check out Park France Miniature. It's a 5 hectare park of mini French cities, monuments and landmarks that are represented in great detail but all in miniature. It even has its own tiny TGV railway running through it. Also, it's only a stone’s throw away from breath taking Versailles home of both Louis XIV the Sun King and Marie Antionette.
Make sure you see Versailles while you are out in that area. It is absolutely breathtaking. Your children will enjoy the famous white Lipizzaner Stallions performance at Versailles. These horses do spectacular leaps and maneuvers, once used by riders in saddle to protect and defend themselves on the battlefield. It's like watching a great ballet but all on horseback.
To get a sneak peak of what Versailles looks like, rent the Academy Award-winning 2006 film Marie Antionette directed by Sofia Coppola and starring Kristen Dunst. The production crew was given unprecedented access to the Palace of Versailles including the famous Hall of Mirrors.
In addition to the typical tourist sites like the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, make sure you check out the Paris Opera building: Opéra Garnier. You can tour the building during the day. It's a very ornate building richly decorated with friezes, columns, and winged figures among other statues and embellishments. This richness continues inside with velvet, gold leaf, and nymphs and cherubs and grand staircases. The auditorium's central chandelier weighs over six tons, and its ceiling was painted in 1964 by Chagall. It's just beautiful! The Phantom of the Opera is a French novel adapted many times into film & stage productions. This Opera building ewas the inspiration for that novel due to the underground water from the foundation pit of the building, which created a huge subterranean lake. The employees claimed the opera house is haunted by a mysterious ghost and the story was born.
Right behind the Opera building are the Galeries Lafayette which is a 10 story gallery of gorgeous high end shops, the building has a beautiful glass and steel dome, and Art Nouveau staircase built in 1912 by the architect Cahnautin. The building is also a historivcal monument.
Try to spend a sunny, day strolling lazily through St Germain and the Latin Quarter. Lots of narrow, cobblestone streets, cafes, bakeries, patisseries and quaint boutiques. A very unusual shop to peek into while in St Germain is bizarre, high-end, elaborate taxidermy shop called Deyrolle. To describe it as a taxidermy shop hardly does it justice though. The shop sells and rents taxidermy-ed tigers, lions, zebras, elephants, horses, donkeys, dogs, cats, birds...everything you can think of. You can rent or purchase them. All of the animals died from natural causes and have been donated by farms and preserves. It's like visiting a natural history museum.
You are so lucky! I wish I was going to Paris. Bon Voyage and have a great time!
