I wrote down the company url's and did the following research on the companies I found: 1. I checked the BBB report on the company 2. I made them provide traffic and offer reports 3. I searched online for complaints about the company. All this took me a couple hours (the final decision took days!) I also posted on free sites at the same time and recommend you do the same as well.

Has anyone ever bought or stayed with any timeshare associated with Bluegreen Resorts?

Q) We recently visited Bass Pro Shop in St. Louis and they had an offer for a visit to listen to a time share speech at various vacation destinations around the US. My husband bought one for 50$... of course we get that back if we go and listen to the sales tactics they have. The corporation is Bluegreen Resorts and the Outdoor Traveler. Was wondering if anyone dealt with this company and the results, good/bad, they had withthem. Where did you stay? We were thinking of Branson/Ozarks...Big Cedar Lodge. Looks beautiful. Our second choice is Smokey Mountains/Gatlinburg. Just wanting a reliable opinion...not that we are going to buy into the time share for sure.

A) I have not dealt with this company, but have had problems with others like them. I did a quick search on Google for "Bluegreen Resort Complaints" and there was no shortage of problems (90,000+ results). I believe you are best served researching them on the Internet first, and then make your decision. Good luck and remember, especially with time shares, if it sounds too good to be true, run as fast as you can the other way.

How can we best offer discounted Disney World tickets to someone willing to attend a timeshare presentation?

Q) We are a very small start-up company trying to reach people so they can get free stuff for taking a timeshare tour. The places we offer tours include: Branson, MO; Gatlinburg, TN; Orlando, FL; Hilton Head, SC, and Williamburg, VA. A) Go to local Restaurants and stores and ask to put a box out for people to win the above prizes ( leave a nice stack of forms for people to fill out contact info). I filled out one before and sure enough it was a timeshare presentation. Also posting on craigslist is free and you can reach people all over the country. Also I have seen E-Bay listings for free vacations and other various prizes and you might want to try that as well. Also you might want to create a REALLY simple web-page that requires contact information and post links to it in timeshare forums and BBS systems.
