About Adult

The term adult has three distinct meanings:

Grown man or woman; mature person.
Plant or animal that has reached full growth.
One who is legally of age. Opposed to minor.

One can distinguish the legality of acts of a young person, and of enabling a young person to carry out that act, by selling, renting out, showing, permitting entrance, participating, etc. There may be distinction between commercially and socially enabling. Sometimes there is the requirement of supervision by a [legal guardian], or just by an adult. Sometimes there is no requirement, but just a recommendation.

With regard to pornography one can distinguish:

being allowed to purchase pornography
being allowed to possess pornography

A) I would stay away from geckos altogether in your case. An 11 year old does not always have the necessary motor skills to gently handle a gecko without hurting it. Geckos drop their tails if they are grabbed wrong, and it's painful for them and takes a long time to grow back. I would suggest you go for a sturdier lizard for the first try- a bearded dragon, for example. Whatever you choose, choose a young adult or full grown adult, not a baby. Baby geckos are barely the size of your thumb, and very delicate. Baby beardies are just as small, although a bit stronger. Adults are sturdier and calmer, and also move a little slower.

Q) I am currently doing a Cert Ed programme and looking at how e-learning can or cannot develop adults writing skills. I am looking for other research into this for comparison together with how text messaging and chat rooms have aided the decline in adult writing skills. A) I had chickenpox at 25. It was pretty devistating. It's 10 times worse on adults as it is in children. I had them for three weeks and was covered head to toe. Adult Yahoo Photos?
